With varying levels of skill, we try to find something which everyone can join in with at our monthly get togethers. For more dedicated crafters there are organised workshops arranged when available. Take a look at our Makers' Gallery for some inspiring ideas.

Our Trauma Teddies

The craft Group and other members of our WI joined together to knit, sew up and stuff teddies in aid of the Stars charity for children who have suffered a traumatic event

November 2023 - Crafting Session

Christmas Wreath Making

We gathered together for our monthly craft session this month. We had great fun and a lot of laughter in our session making Christmas wreaths. We used greenery and pine cones collected from our gardens as well moss plus other sundry Christmas items.

We started by covering the metal rings with bubble wrap and moss and wiring it in.

All the initial greenery was added and then for the fancy bits

September 2023 Crafting Session

In our September 2023 craft group meeting, our poppies which we had felted the previous month were finished off with beadwork. All proceeds from their sale to members will be given to the Poppy Appeal 2023
